Can I visit you to look at carpets in Rotherham?
We don't have a shop to visit — we come to you instead. Our mobile showroom brings the carpet samples to your home, which keeps our overheads and our prices lower than the high street.
What does the home visit involve, and what does it cost?
It's free. We bring the samples, help you choose, measure every room and leave you a written quote. There's no obligation to order.
Which underlay should I go for?
Thicker underlay feels more luxurious and adds warmth and sound insulation; it also helps a carpet last longer. Our Silver deal comes with free 8mm underlay, Gold with 9mm and Platinum with 11mm.
What's the most hard-wearing carpet for a family home?
A twist or loop pile in wool, polypropylene or polyamide, in a darker shade, on decent underlay. Polypropylene has the bonus of being bleach cleanable.
Do you take card payments?
Yes, all major credit and debit cards, and cash too. We don't offer finance.
Can you deal with a concrete floor or rough boards?
Yes. We screed concrete and ply-board over floorboards where needed, so the carpet goes down on a flat, sound base. Any prep will be on your quote.
Do you carpet new-build houses?
Yes. If you've just moved into a new home with bare floors, a full house deal is a simple way to carpet every room at one fixed price.
